Registration Starts Tonight!

 Registration for the Virtual Spring 2021 Whale of a Sale is tonight at 8pm!  

To register via laptop or desktop, the links are located of the right of this post. If you are a returning consignor, select Consignor Registration - Returning.  If you have never sold with us before and are a new consignor, select Consignor Registration - New.

If you're using a mobile device, you will click the dropdown arrow on the Home bar at the top of the page above this post and select Consignor Registration - Returning or Consignor Registration - New depending on if you have sold with us before.

Registration should be quick - you will confirm or enter your name, address, payment information, etc. and password.  There is a registration fee of $8.00 payable via PayPal or credit card. Please note your seller number as your seller number will be used for future logins. You will also receive a confirmation email once you have successfully registered.

Spring 2021 Sale Dates

We are excited to announce our Spring 2021 Virtual Spring Sale dates!  The sale will be open to the public starting February 19th at 5:00 pm and run through February 21st at 8:00 pm.  

Registration to consign in the sale will open on January 19th at 8:00 pm.

New Online Sale Tag

 Good News!  We are now able to print out special online sales tags from our software for the online sale.  Once the sale is complete you will simply go to the Item Entry & Tag Printing link located on the right hand side of the webpage to print this new tag.  Once you have logged in you can select "Print Tags" and select to print out the "All Sold Online Tag".   Once you have printed your tags you will tag only your SOLD items.

Overview of Fall Online Sale

Overview of 2020 Fall Sale:

-August 9th @8:00pm:  Seller registration will go live and can be found on our website.  Registration will not be any different than previous sales. There is an $8 entry fee charged through PayPal. 


-September 7th @ Midnight: The system closes for sellers to input inventory. Input will be the same as previous sales.  However, this year there will be a camera icon that will allow the seller to upload 1 picture of each item and then mark ready for online sale. At least one picture will be required for an item to go live in the sale.  *Please note the camera function will become available on August 10th.  


-September 8th @9:00 am:  The committee will upload all the data/inventory from our system into the Shopify account.


-September 10th @ 12:00pm-5:00pm: The sale is open to sellers to shop online via Shopify.  A specific password will be sent to you via email to enable you to shop during this time frame.   All payments must be completed through the Shopify website. 


-September 10th @ 5:00pm- September 13h @ Midnight:  The sale is open to the public.  All payments must be completed through the Shopify website.


-September 14th @ 9:00 am:  The committee will upload the Shopify data back into our system so sellers can view their sold items.  Sellers will then organize and label their sold items to bring up to the Lighthouse. 


-September 16th and September 17th @9:00am- 8:00pm:  Sellers will drop off their sold items’ curbside by appointment at the Tyson Hall.  The committee will then take the items into the Tyson Hall for order sorting.  We will have NO volunteers this year to limit the amount of people in the gym.


-September 18th @ 9:00 am-7:00 pm: Buyers can pick up their purchases via curbside at the Tyson Hall.
