Volunteers are CRITICAL to the success of our sale. If you volunteer for one shift (three hours) you may come to our preview sale the night before the public sale.
This is a fun night! You will have the opportunity to invite a guest to come to the preview sale a little later in the night - details to follow.

Please see below for the hours and times for childcare for Whale of a Sale. We need more volunteers to make this event work, so please sign up for a 3-hour shift. Childcare is for VOLUNTEERS ONLY!
Wednesday, February 13th: 2-6
Thursday, February 14th: 8:30 - 5:30
Friday, February 15th: 8:30-5:30
Remember volunteers shop first - even before sellers!
Each parent must contact Anne Strozier to reserve a spot for their child. Phone 769-0127 or email: astrozier@vhumc.org She will need child's name, age, time of dropoff and time of pickup.
DEADLINE FOR RESERVATIONS IS: MONDAY, February 10TH
If you know of a grandmother that would love to help us out during the sale (so they can shop for grandchildren) they can email Amanda at agroce@bakerdonelson.com to sign-up to register instead of having to go through our system.
Reservations must be made ahead of time, even for Wednesday night, to ensure we have enough Nursery Personnel on hand. There will be a $5 cancellation fee to all no shows. Volunteers need to contact Anne 24 hours in advance that they need to cancel, in order to avoid being charged this fee.
